Industry-leading metrics backed by continuous investment.

How long does provisioning take?

Standard colocation deployments are typically provisioned within 1–3 business days after contract execution. IP transit ports can be activated within 24 hours for available capacity. Custom cage and suite builds may require 2–4 weeks depending on scope.

What are your contract terms?

We offer flexible contract terms starting at 12 months, with discounts available for 24- and 36-month commitments. Month-to-month agreements are available for select services at adjusted pricing. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.

Do you offer remote hands services?

Yes, our on-site technicians are available for remote hands support including hardware installation, cabling, reboots, and visual inspections. Standard requests are fulfilled within 30 minutes during business hours. Emergency remote hands are available 24/7.

What is your uptime SLA?

We guarantee 99.999% power uptime and 99.99% network availability backed by service-level credits. Our facility features N+1 redundant power and cooling, dual utility feeds, and multiple Tier 1 network providers to ensure maximum reliability.

Can I schedule a datacenter tour?

Absolutely. We welcome prospective customers to tour our facility. Tours are available Monday through Friday during business hours and can be scheduled by contacting our sales team. Please allow 24 hours advance notice for tour arrangements.

How does IP transit billing work?

IP transit is billed based on committed data rate (CDR) with 95th percentile usage measurement. You choose a commit level and are billed monthly at the agreed per-Mbps rate. Burst capacity above your commit is available at a slightly higher rate, giving you flexibility to handle traffic spikes.
